Behind the recording studio walls

I think most musicians dream of a recording contract or just to have the time in a recording studio. Unfortunately for most musicians that dedicate there working life to there music, paying for studio time is not an option. like me I dream of one day having the opportunity to record some of my songs in a Studio but for now i'm left to do it independently. So how does one record multi track at home on budget? well for me it was as simple as an Ipad App.

Yep just a quick download of a 'Music Studio" app and a nice acoustic quite place to record and done.

I use headphones and the Ipads built in mic and have had excellent results. I then mix and master them, then send the file to my P.C for final mastering in a "paid" Mastering suit.
